1. Trainer Registration Fee
The one-time trainer registration fee of ₹299 is strictly non-refundable once the registration process has been completed successfully.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Incomplete profile setup
- Lack of platform usage
- Failure to upload courses or services
- Account inactivity
2. Course Purchases
Refund requests for fitness courses, programs, or digital content may be reviewed only under specific circumstances such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical issues preventing access
- Incorrect course purchase due to system error
Refund approval is subject to platform review and trainer policies.
3. Consultation Services
Refunds for trainer consultations are generally not applicable once:
- The session has been booked
- The consultation has been completed
- A trainer has already allocated time for the appointment
In exceptional cases, refund requests may be considered for:
- Technical failure from the platform side
- Trainer no-show
- Duplicate payment
4. Payment Gateway Issues
All payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay.
Fit Freakk is not responsible for:
- Banking delays
- Failed transactions caused by payment providers
- Delayed refunds processed by banks or payment gateways
5. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, the amount may take approximately 5–10 business days to reflect in the original payment method depending on banking and payment gateway processing times.
6. Cancellation Policy
Users may request cancellation of consultations or services according to trainer-specific cancellation policies.
Fit Freakk reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests based on platform guidelines.
7. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
- Trainer registration fees
- Completed consultation sessions
- Downloadable digital products
- Used subscription periods
- Promotional or discounted purchases
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of payment disputes or refund concerns, users are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with banks/payment providers.
