POSTURE CORRECTION & MOBILITY PROGRAM
About Course
The Posture Correction & Mobility Program is designed for individuals who experience stiffness, poor posture, neck pain, rounded shoulders, lower back discomfort, or reduced mobility due to long hours of sitting, desk work, smartphone usage, or inactive lifestyles.
Modern lifestyles often place the body in compromised positions for extended periods, leading to muscle imbalances, restricted movement, poor posture, and discomfort. This program provides a structured approach to improving posture, restoring mobility, increasing flexibility, and enhancing movement quality through targeted exercises and corrective techniques.
Led by Priya Sharma, this course focuses on identifying common postural issues and addressing them through mobility drills, stretching routines, strengthening exercises, and movement education.
The objective is not only to improve posture visually but also to help participants move more efficiently, reduce discomfort, and improve overall physical function in daily life.
