1. Introduction
Welcome to FitFreakk (“FitFreakk”, “Platform”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the FitFreakk website, services, consultations, educational resources, trainer network, and related features. By accessing, browsing, registering, creating an account, booking consultations, enrolling in courses, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform immediately
2. About FitFreakk
FitFreakk is a technology-enabled platform designed to facilitate connections between individuals seeking fitness and wellness guidance and independent fitness professionals, trainers, yoga instructors, and wellness experts. The Platform serves as a medium through which users may discover, connect with, and engage trainers for consultations and fitness-related services. FitFreakk provides the infrastructure and technology necessary to support these interactions but does not itself provide medical services, healthcare treatment, clinical advice, or licensed therapeutic services.
3. Eligibility
By using FitFreakk, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law. You further agree that all information submitted during registration or use of the Platform will be accurate, complete, and kept reasonably up to date.
4. User Accounts
To access certain services, users and trainers may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. FitFreakk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where inaccurate information, misuse, fraudulent conduct, security concerns, or violations of these Terms are identified.
5. Trainer Registration and Verification
Trainers wishing to offer services through the Platform may be required to submit qualifications, certifications, experience details, identity verification documents, and other information deemed necessary by FitFreakk. The submission of documentation does not automatically result in approval. FitFreakk may conduct verification procedures and reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove trainer profiles where appropriate. Verification conducted by FitFreakk is intended to support platform quality and integrity; however, users acknowledge that professional qualifications and experience remain representations made by the trainer and should be independently evaluated where necessary.
6. Nature of Services
The services available through FitFreakk are intended to provide educational, informational, motivational, and fitness-related guidance. Users acknowledge that fitness, wellness, and lifestyle outcomes may vary significantly between individuals and may be influenced by factors including consistency, effort, nutrition, physical condition, medical history, lifestyle habits, and personal circumstances. FitFreakk encourages users to approach fitness goals with realistic expectations and sustained commitment.
7. Trainer Visibility and Opportunities
FitFreakk continuously endeavors to enhance platform visibility, user engagement, and opportunities for trainers to connect with potential clients. The number of inquiries, consultations, bookings, and business opportunities available to a trainer may naturally vary over time and may be influenced by several factors, including user demand, market conditions, specialization, trainer availability, profile quality, pricing, location, and user preferences. Accordingly, participation on the Platform should be viewed as an opportunity to access a growing network rather than as a representation regarding any specific level of activity, engagement, or commercial outcome.
8. Joining and Profile Enrollment
Certain services offered through FitFreakk may require payment. Fees applicable to trainer onboarding, subscriptions, profile activation, verification, promotional visibility, featured listings, consultations, courses, or other services shall be displayed on the Platform from time to time. By making a payment, you authorize FitFreakk to process the transaction in accordance with the selected service. FitFreakk reserves the right to modify pricing, introduce new service plans, or discontinue existing plans at its discretion
9. Trainer Registration Policy
Fees paid by trainers are intended to cover platform access, onboarding processes, profile visibility, verification efforts, administrative operations, technical infrastructure, and related services provided by FitFreakk. Once such services have been initiated or made available, the associated fees shall ordinarily not be eligible for refund, adjustment, transfer, or credit, except where required under applicable law or expressly approved by FitFreakk.
10. Platform Communications
FitFreakk encourages users and trainers to conduct service-related communications through authorized platform channels wherever possible. Maintaining communication within the Platform environment helps support service quality, transparency, operational assistance, and dispute resolution processes. Where parties independently choose to communicate or engage outside the Platform, such interactions shall be considered arrangements between those parties. In such circumstances, FitFreakk’s ability to monitor, support, verify, or resolve issues arising from such arrangements may be limited.
11. Professional Conduct
Users and Trainers are expected to maintain professional, respectful, and ethical conduct at all times. Harassment, abusive behavior, discrimination, misleading claims, fraudulent conduct, impersonation, unauthorized solicitation, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the Platform may result in account suspension or termination.
12. Consultations
Consultations may be conducted through video calls, audio calls, scheduled remote sessions, or other formats made available through the Platform. Users are responsible for evaluating whether recommendations provided by trainers are appropriate for their individual circumstances. Trainers are expected to provide services in a professional and responsible manner consistent with their expertise and qualifications.
13. Health and Medical Disclaimer
FitFreakk is not a medical institution and does not provide medical diagnoses, medical treatment, emergency healthcare services, or clinical advice. Information provided through the Platform should not be considered a substitute for professional medical consultation. Individuals with pre-existing health conditions, injuries, medical concerns, or other circumstances requiring specialized care should consult qualified healthcare professionals before commencing any fitness, exercise, nutrition, or wellness program.
14. Intellectual Property
All content available on FitFreakk, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, branding elements, text, educational materials, website content, software features, and visual assets, shall remain the exclusive property of FitFreakk or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization.
15. Reviews, Testimonials and Feedback
Users and trainers may voluntarily provide reviews, ratings, testimonials, feedback, success stories, and related content. By submitting such content, you grant FitFreakk a non-exclusive right to use, display, reproduce, publish, and promote such content for marketing, educational, branding, and business purposes, subject to applicable laws and privacy obligations.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, FitFreakk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related losses arising from the use of the Platform, trainer interactions, consultations, technical interruptions, delays, service availability, user decisions, or fitness-related outcomes. Users and trainers acknowledge that participation on the Platform is undertaken voluntarily and at their own discretion.
17. Suspension and Termination
FitFreakk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, investigate, or terminate accounts where there is reasonable belief that platform policies, applicable laws, security requirements, or standards of professional conduct have been violated. Such actions may be taken with or without prior notice where necessary to protect users, trainers, the Platform, or the public interest.
18. Privacy
The collection, use, processing, storage, and protection of information are governed by the FitFreakk Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
19. Changes to Terms
FitFreakk reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions shall become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following such updates shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
