This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing consultation bookings, trainer memberships, onboarding services, subscriptions, educational programs, digital content, and other paid services available through the Platform. By booking a consultation, purchasing a course, subscribing to a service, registering as a Trainer, or making any payment through FitFreakk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. General Refund Principles

FitFreakk provides a variety of digital and service-based offerings that may involve scheduling commitments, administrative processing, profile activation, trainer allocation, verification procedures, technical infrastructure, and immediate access to platform resources. As a result, refund eligibility may vary depending on the nature of the service purchased, the stage of service delivery, and the resources already allocated to the transaction. All refund requests shall be reviewed in accordance with this Policy and any applicable laws.

USER CONSULTATION BOOKINGS

3. Consultation Payment Requirements

All consultation bookings must be confirmed through successful payment before the scheduled session. Payment is required in advance to reserve the selected time slot, allocate trainer availability, and facilitate scheduling and operational arrangements. FitFreakk reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel any consultation where payment has not been successfully completed prior to the scheduled session.

4. Consultation Cancellation Requests

Users who are unable to attend a scheduled consultation are encouraged to notify FitFreakk as early as possible.

 

Cancellation requests submitted sufficiently in advance may be reviewed for:

 

• Rescheduling opportunities

• Consultation credits

The availability of such accommodations may depend upon trainer schedules, administrative commitments, and operational circumstances.

In such situations, refund eligibility may be reduced or unavailable depending upon the specific circumstances of the booking.

6. Missed Appointments and No-Shows

If a User fails to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session may be considered completed for administrative and billing purposes. FitFreakk may review exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis; however, refund requests relating to missed appointments may not ordinarily qualify for approval.

7. Completed Consultation Services

Consultation services involve dedicated trainer time, scheduling commitments, preparation efforts, and platform resources. Once a consultation session has commenced, been delivered, or substantially completed, the associated service shall generally be regarded as fulfilled. Accordingly, requests for refunds relating to completed consultation sessions may not ordinarily be eligible for approval except where required under applicable law or expressly determined by FitFreakk.

8. Technical Difficulties

If a consultation cannot be completed due to verified technical issues directly attributable to the Platform, FitFreakk may review the matter and, where appropriate, provide:

DIGITAL COURSES AND EDUCATIONAL CONTENT

10. Digital Products and Course Access

FitFreakk may provide access to digital courses, recorded programs, educational content, wellness resources, fitness guides, downloadable materials, and related learning resources. Due to the nature of digital products, access to such content is generally considered delivered immediately upon activation, enrollment, or successful purchase. Once access to a digital course or educational resource has been granted, the associated content shall generally be considered delivered. Accordingly, requests relating to refunds for activated digital courses, recorded programs, downloadable materials, or educational content may not ordinarily be eligible for approval except where required under applicable law.

If a User experiences a genuine technical issue preventing access to purchased content, FitFreakk may investigate the matter and provide reasonable technical assistance or alternative access arrangements where appropriate.

TRAINER MEMBERSHIPS, ONBOARDING AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

12. Trainer Registration and Onboarding Services

Trainer registration, profile activation, onboarding support, verification procedures, administrative review, platform access, profile visibility, and related services require the allocation of resources, personnel, operational efforts, and technical infrastructure. These activities typically commence shortly after registration or activation.

13. Trainer Membership and Subscription Fees

Fees associated with trainer memberships, subscriptions, profile activation, onboarding services, verification services, promotional visibility, featured listings, and related platform offerings are intended to support the delivery of platform services and operational requirements. Once onboarding procedures have commenced, profile access has been activated, verification activities have been initiated, or subscription benefits have been made available, the associated services shall generally be considered initiated. Accordingly, fees associated with such services may not ordinarily be eligible for refund, adjustment, transfer, or credit except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by FitFreakk.

14. Trainer Visibility and Business Opportunities

FitFreakk continuously endeavors to improve platform visibility, trainer discovery, and user engagement opportunities.

 

The volume of inquiries, consultations, bookings, profile visits, and business opportunities available to individual Trainers may naturally vary based on factors including:

 

• Market demand

• User preferences

• Trainer specialization

• Profile quality

• Availability

• Pricing

• Geographic location

• Competition

• Platform activity levels

 

Participation on the Platform should therefore be viewed as access to professional opportunities, visibility tools, and platform services rather than a representation regarding any particular level of commercial activity, engagement, or business outcome.

15. Promotional Services

Where Trainers purchase profile boosts, featured placements, promotional visibility, advertising support, or similar promotional services, refund eligibility may be limited once such services have commenced or visibility benefits have been delivered.

PAYMENT RELATED MATTERS

16. Duplicate Payments

In the event of an accidental duplicate payment, Users or Trainers should notify FitFreakk promptly. Verified duplicate transactions may be reviewed and, where appropriate, corrected through reversal, adjustment, credit, or refund.

Users and Trainers should immediately report any suspected unauthorized transactions or payment activity.

 

FitFreakk may review such reports and cooperate with payment service providers, financial institutions, or regulatory authorities where appropriate.
